Well, actually, the links on MEN are not recs - they're simply announcements. We don't do recs there. We are completely objective in what gets posted there and never post personal opinions (good or bad) on anyone's fics/art/whatever. We just post the announcements people send us.
And no, I was talking more like an actual web-page. I have lots of space on my site now (it just got increased for free, for who knows why) and sub-domains up the whazoo, so I could easily host a het reference page.
The link collecting would be the really hard part, I think, but then there's organizing it as well so that people could find the pairings they want. And I haven't thought it through entirely yet, but I'm thinking that it should be something like what dutch_eowyn does for RPS (http://dutcheowyn.dombillijah.com/lotrips.html) except without the recommendation part of it. Just a listing of the fic with a link, the rating, pairing and a summary and an invitation for others to send links to add. Maybe it would snowball, you know?
