Yes, I translated it (which was quite a challenge at that time, or my english was not so good as it is today). And it still contains some of the best fanfiction scenes I ever read. The chapter Dirty Waters is so painful and moving (and the most bitter essence of post-quest-Frodo I ever read) that I will always adore it, and Perfectly well (some chapters later) contains some of the most spooky and frightening moments I've ever read.
