Mech, Aquila beat me to it with the Frodo_het Community link...It was quite good while it was active, however, as you say, the mod handed in her towel recently, and the latest entry is June 16th, so I reckon it is pretty much a goner...

As for your other query about how to use the Journal entry tags, really, nothing could be simpler...
When you write a journal entry, just fill in the tag box with a key word, for instance, in my case, I have tags for Poland, Peter Jones, Elijah Wood ( quelle surprise !! ) and many others where I reckon there might be more to come in the future...then when your entry comes up, it will be automatically tagged with that subject... and that is all you need to do !! In order to access your tags on any one subject, either go to your own user page, and select the appropriate subject, or click on the highlighted tag title for one entry, and, Hey Presto, all the other entries for that tag will come up in date order... Magic stuff !!
